The ACE Interactive Management Systems is a powerful solution with a interface providing access to central business functionality anywhere, anytime. Using ACE Interactive Management Systems, our customers can remotely manage and configure their installation, monitor, generate reports, calculate commission and use the functions for accounting. 
 

Site Management – ACE Interactive Management Systems has a flexible grouping system that makes it ideal to administrate siteoperators, users, game providers, content and terminals with their hardware components.Retailers and site operators can be organised hierarchically or geographically. An operator caneffectively manage multi- site operations with suitable permissions, calculate commissions, and performgeneral site operations.  

Game Management - One of the keys to success in providing a cutting edge gaming experience for the players is theability to adapt rapidly to changes in the gaming market and player behaviours.  

  • Game Menus - Change game menus, games variants instantaneously or schedule on an individual IVT, bank of IVTs, venue or geographical area . 
  • Game Scheduling - Scheduling gives the operator the opportunity to optimize the business and set different menus during hour, day and week. Menus can be scheduled according to the flexible grouping system.
  • Game Parameters - ACE Interactive Management Systems offers the ability to remotely configure game parameters such as RTP, max and min stake, denomination and game speed.  

Marketing Management - The TruServ™ System marketing management provides the operator with an advanced and flexible functionality that supports the operator in strengthening its marketing strategy.

  • Information Content Management - The gaming operator can remotely, via ACE Interactive Management Systems, manage marketing content shown at the upper screen on the IVTs and Information Channel Terminals (ICTs).
  • Default Game Management - The gaming operator can set a default game connected to a game menu for attracting players. After a configurable time of IVT inactivity the default game is displayed.
  • Promotion Vouchers - Promotion vouchers can be printed and managed by the system. These vouchers are part of promotion campaigns and cannot be exchanged into cash.  
Progressive Jackpot Management - The progressive jackpot functionality of the TruServ™ System allows gaming operators to develop progressive jackpots and link them to games and IVTs. This includes defining the jackpot levels as well as preparing and connecting the jackpot media content. 
 

System Management Suite - The system management functionality is used by TruServ™ operators when running the system during daily operations. The TruServ™ System features a broad portfolio of system management tools. The following sections will highlight some of the most prominent ones. 

  • Configuration Management Tool - Games and any other software components such as marketing content or firmware can be remotely updated with the Configuration Management Tool (CMT). The CMT offers the gaming operator to update games on all IVTs, group of IVTs or a specific IVT without interrupting any game play. Any software component of a client within the ACE Interactive Gaming System can either be incrementally updated, patched or fully installed with a new version as needed.   
  • System Monitoring and Event Handling - All events and faults that are generated are sent to the management system for further handling, thus giving the operator all the information needed to run the business efficiently. 
  • Log Handling - The system management tools of ACE Interactive Gaming System include an advanced log handling functionality. Logging in TruServ™ System is done at the different clients, application servers and in the databases.  
  • System Configuration - New clients, application servers and databases can be specified and configured from the administrative interface of the management system.
  • Transaction Performance Monitoring - The TruServ™ System features real-time transaction performance monitoring of application servers. This functionality gives the operator the possibility to view the status and current load, i.e. transactions per second, at different stages in the processing and also to tune the load balancing among the servers.
  • Game and Transaction Recall - The game and transaction recall functionality offers the operator to select a previously performed transaction and replay it. This functionality is available both at an IVT and on a system management client.  

Accounting Functions - Accounting includes the functionality to handle the accounting between the gaming operator and its local casinos/sites/retailers, as well as external game providers.

Reports - ACE Interactive Management Systems is equipped with a powerful set of reports relating to financial settlements, marketing initiatives and sales figures. They can be used for everyday operations as well as vital trend analysis on games, IVTs and sites to ensure that the game configuration strategy is optimal.

Hardware Management - All information about physical IVTs and SCs in the system and their internal hardware devices, like bill acceptors, printers or screens, can be managed from ACE Interactive Management Systems. It can be viewed, or changed when, for example, a malfunctioning device is exchanged.
