The ALLServ™ Video Lottery System (VLS) is ACE Interactive’s latest gaming solution for monitoring and management of VLTs in the field. ALLServ VLS was architected from the outset as a standards-based product suite, using the G2S (“Game to System”) and S2S (“System to System”) GSA standards for transparent interoperability of devices and applications throughout. By fully supporting the G2S protocol, any terminal and game that has been certified according to the GSA specifications can be connected to the ALLServ system. This is, of course, one of the core objectives with the G2S standard. ALLServ VLS is a completely modern solution in design and execution, incorporating state-of-the art technologies and design patterns that have been well proven in the general computing industry. The result is a system that incorporates unparalleled features in an optimized way, is extremely robust and fault-tolerant, and uses reliable off-the-shelf components instead of proprietary elements.
G2S-ready
ALLServ VLS is one of the first video lottery systems to support the G2S standard in a wide-area environment. By deploying an optimized architecture, ALLServ VLS is uniquely efficient in networks with limited bandwidths, while fully adhering to the G2S standard without any deviations. ALLServ VLS achieves this efficiency by acting as a single G2S host for all message traffic and by employing a highly optimized communications model. This minimizes traffic and ensures that the gaming network is truly scalable and flexible.
Enterprise-grade capacity
ALLServ VLS is built from the ground up for stability and performance. The system is able to support networks of tens of thousands VLT terminals and beyond. Its fully redundant design ensures that any hardware or network failures are handled gracefully and transparently without any noticeable impact on gaming.

Download and Configuration
The ALLServ Download and Configuration Manager provides a complete set of features and tools for delivery of game content and other software as well as configuration and management of terminals. The download and configuration processes can be accomplished using multiple alternative methods, and is controlled through an elegant and highly optimized graphical user interface.
Site Management
A Site Controller at each site in the ALLServ network provides specific administrative and management functionality for the retailer. Site operators can monitor and manage terminals on the site, redeem vouchers and access various operational reports.
Comprehensive Accounting and Business Intelligence
ALLServ continuously collects and stores detailed operational information from across the entire VLT network. This in turn provides for comprehensive and flexible accounting functionality that gives a unified view of all VLTs in the field. ALLServ VLS comes with a basic set of powerful reports that span the areas of accounting settlements, financials, sales and statistics. To allow for more advanced Business Intelligence the ALLServ Data Warehouse can be deployed. This well-defined Data Warehouse is optimized for world-leading BI tools provided by our preferred suppliers.
Open and Prepared for Integration
ALLServ VLS incorporates a generic and very flexible Integration Framework to link “best-of-breed” applications from multiple providers seamlessly and provide combined capabilities that are greater than the sum of the parts.
